A finely woven vintage Moud rug from Persia, featuring a classic garden (chahar bagh) design composed of a grid of compartments, each filled with stylized floral and boteh motifs. The warm terracotta field is complemented by soft blues, ivory, and muted greens, creating a lively yet harmonious palette. The borders are richly decorated with birds and floral elements, adding movement and narrative to the composition. Woven in fine cork wool, the design is rendered with clarity and precision. Wool on cotton. Approx. 148 × 101 cm.
